Textile reinforced composites based on natural fibers have been studied by many research groups in recent years due to their good mechanical performances, easy to handle, excellent integrity and reduced manufacturing cost. In this chapter, textile composites based on natural fibers are investigated, which includes the manufacuring techniques, fracture and mechanical properties and other behaviours. Consolidation and permeability of the textiles based on natural fibers are specially addressed. Hybridization of different kinds of natural fabrics as reinforcement in making composites is also reported. Recent studies on biodegradable natural fiber composites are introduced.
