This paper argues that in the greater scheme of things, these constraints are a relatively small price to pay. The paper seek to advance the view that pragmatism provides a better and more balanced decision making platform for a planner as it take into consideration communicative methods, stakeholders and resources like time and money. The paper will also seek to unpack the notion of pragmatism and some of its applications in the planning profession |
