dc.description.abstract |
The need for describing the condition of pavements occurs frequently in highway engineering. Accurate descriptions are a prerequisite for establishing procedures with which to evaluate the various aspects of the pavement condition. A variety of methods and terms have been used in practice, consequently descriptions of pavements are apt to be incomplete and ambiguous. This document is a recommendation of a standard usage in South Africa. |
